With your Home Trust Handyman  membership, you get paired with one dedicated handyperson who you can schedule for up to 1 monthly visit (3 hours per visit) each membership month. Your handyperson will complete jobs on your to-do list, perform proactive maintenance, and guide you with suggestions to keep your home working hard. All handyman labor is included and there is no per visit fee for your regular handyman visits. Membership price depends on your location and home size, and starts at $246/month for an annual plan, and $295/month for a monthly plan. If you’d like us to purchase parts on your behalf, we are able to do that as well for a nominal shopping fee tied to a visit.

You also have access to the Home Trust Handyman team of experts. For bigger jobs that require a specialist or crop up unexpectedly, Home Trust Handyman can source vendors and coordinate the process for you. Please note that the cost of the specialty vendor will be passed on to you. The same also applies to built-in appliances. If an appliance breaks, Home Trust Handyman  can coordinate an appliance specialist to repair or recommend a replacement.

You’ll also receive access to the Home Trust Handyman Website, where you’ll be able to book appointments, message your handyman and our team with questions at any time, and update your to-do list with new tasks.

Get started with a free walk-thru to meet your handyperson, review your to-do list, and have a task or two knocked off. It’s a great way to see if we’re a fit – there is no credit card required.

Home Trust Handyman can complete minor electrical and plumbing jobs, as well as standard handyperson tasks around the house that can be completed in less than 3 hours per job.

Our handymen and handywomen can typically complete 95% of tasks themselves. When a job does require a specialist, we’ll connect you to the right vendor and coordinate the process on your behalf. These costs are passed to you.

On average, members see their handyman 1 time every 4 weeks. Visits are 3 hours long, with the last 10-15 minutes of time devoted to cleaning up and task documentation. You’ll also have your handyperson and our team available at all times for questions of any kind, anytime.

If you’d like a longer 4-hour hour visit, or need 2 handypeople to attend a visit, you can now choose to do so for an extra fee to cover labor costs.

Every handyperson undergoes a thorough vetting process for quality, service and friendliness, including a background check and hands-on assessment. We also provide regular training opportunities. Our handymen and handywomen have several years of experience in the industry, take pride in their work, and enjoy working with homeowners.

Handyman Visits

On average, members see their handyman 1 times every 4 weeks. Visits are 3 hours long, with the last 10-15 minutes of time devoted to cleaning up and task documentation. You’ll also have your handyperson and our team available on the app for questions of any kind, anytime.

If you’d like a longer 4-hour hour visit, or need 2 handypeople to attend a visit, you can now choose to do so for an extra fee to cover labor costs.

At your 45-minute free home walk-thru, you’ll meet your handyperson and review the items on your to-do list. He or she will be upfront about what can be completed by them, and where we’ll have to coordinate a specialist. You’ll get a great sense of the value you’d receive from Home Trust. There is no obligation or credit card required.

As soon as your walk-thru is booked, we will send you a link with your monthly maintenance plan and you are able to sign up right away and schedule your first visit.

Your Home Trust handyperson will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc.) For larger parts or materials required, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase in the app.

Please note that for parts and materials that you will be looking at or touching every day (e.g. a new kitchen faucet), we suggest you pick it out yourself. We’re happy to provide advice as needed.

Home Trust Handyman will design a customized Home Health Plan unique to your home, including over 10 home maintenance tasks important to keeping your home safe and functional. We’ll notify you when it’s time to complete maintenance items and you can easily add them to your next visit.

Every Home Trust Handyman puts the safety of you and your family first. Our handymen wear booties on every job and have masks on-hand to wear at your request.

Subscription and Billing

Homes Trust Handyman Service is a monthly membership service starting at $246/month for an annual membership or $295/month for a monthly membership. Your billing period begins when you add your payment details, after your walk-thru visit. Annual memberships are billed upfront for the year.

We’re a startup and want to make sure our members are happy. You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. For annual memberships paid upfront, should you cancel, you’ll be treated as a monthly member for the time you were a member. For monthly memberships, you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

By setting Homes Trust Handyman  up as a monthly membership, we’re able to provide you and your neighbors with one dedicated handyman who knows you and your home well, and provides the same consistent, reliable, high quality service every visit.

By creating a long-term partnership through membership, we’re able to learn your home and proactively care for it on an ongoing basis, achieving our objective of giving ongoing peace of mind to homeowners with a safe, functional and joyful home.

You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. For annual memberships paid upfront, should you cancel, you’ll be treated as if you were a monthly member during that time. We’ll refund you your original yearly payment less the monthly rate for each month you’ve been a member. For monthly memberships, you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

Plus, get peace of mind with our quality service guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied in the first 30 days of your membership and we can’t make it right, we’ll fully refund you.

You’ll be notified of new seasonal partners via email, and have the ability to opt in. Once you approve the cost, we’ll help schedule and coordinate your visit. We will pay the vendor on your behalf and will bill your card on file. We’ll bill your card on file, and you’ll receive an email receipt of your purchase.
