Homes Trust Handyman is a monthly membership service starting at $246/month for an annual membership or $295/month for a monthly membership. Your billing period begins when you add your payment details, after your walk-thru visit. Annual memberships are billed upfront for the year.

With your Homes Trust Handyman , you get access to one dedicated handyperson who will regularly knock off your to-do list of small jobs around the house, proactively maintain your home on a schedule and offer seasonal perks and partner offers that you can opt into if you’d like. All handyman labor is included and there is no per visit fee for your regular handyman visits. If you’d like us to purchase parts on your behalf, we are able to do that as well for a nominal shopping fee tied to a visit.

For big jobs that require a specialist, Home Trust Handyman  can source vendors and coordinate the process for you if you’d like. Please note that the cost of the specialty vendor will be passed on to you. The same also applies to built-in appliances. If an appliance breaks, Homes Trust Handyman can coordinate an appliance specialist to repair or recommend a replacement.

You’ll also receive access to the Home Trust Handyman website where you’ll be able to book appointments, message your handyman and our team with questions at any time, and update your to-do list with new tasks.

We’re a startup, and want to make sure our members are happy. You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. For annual memberships paid upfront, should you cancel, you’ll be treated as a monthly member for the time you were a member. For monthly memberships, you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

By setting Home Trust Handyman up as a monthly membership, we’re able to provide you and your neighbors with one dedicated handyman who knows you and your home well, and provides the same consistent, reliable, high quality service every visit.

By creating a long-term partnership through membership, we’re able to learn your home and proactively care for it on an ongoing basis, achieving our objective of giving ongoing peace of mind to homeowners with a safe, functional and joyful home.

You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. For annual memberships paid upfront, should you cancel, you’ll be treated as if you were a monthly member during that time. We’ll refund you your original yearly payment less the monthly rate for each month you’ve been a member. For monthly memberships, you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

Plus, get peace of mind with our quality service guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied in the first 30 days of your membership and we can’t make it right, we’ll fully refund you.

Your Home Trust Handyman will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc). For larger parts or materials required, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $10 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase in the app.

Please note that for parts and materials that you will be looking at or touching every day (e.g. a new kitchen faucet), we suggest you pick it out yourself. We’re happy to provide advice as needed.

As part of your Home Trust HandyMan membership, you’ll have the opportunity to opt into seasonal partner offers that make life easier. We’re able to pass along competitive bulk pricing for high-quality vendors such as window washing, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, knife sharpening, and more.

You’ll be notified of new seasonal partners via email, and have the ability to opt in. Once you approve the cost, we’ll help schedule and coordinate your visit. We will pay the vendor on your behalf, and will bill your card on file. We’ll bill your card on file, and you’ll receive an email receipt of your purchases.
